One of the solutions offered by information law experts is the online authentication process. This process allows clients to prove their identity online using various online resources, including email address, user name, passwords, and certificates. However, this method has been deemed ineffective in the past because it could not reliably distinguish between different social media accounts, such as those maintained by individuals and businesses. However, as new technologies continue to improve, this legal tool will undoubtedly continue to improve.
